The children at the orphanage enter our sponsorship program when they come into the orphanage or become primary school age.  Sponsors contribute $340 a year to cover the cost of sending one child to English language school. These funds are used for tuition, transportation to Newtown school, uniforms, school supplies, meals and program coordination. Our hope is that sponsors will continue to donate every year until the child they sponsor graduates or enters technical school, university or a mentoring program.

Every year, the sponsor will receive at least one photo of the child and an update on their progress.  The children also love to draw thank you notes to their sponsors. In addition, sponsors will receive regular updates on the project and the children in our programs.

If you would like to sponsor a Cambodian child's education, please contact us.  Once an application and payment are received, you will either be matched with a child in need of a sponsor or you will be placed on our waiting list. As children become available for sponsorship, the coordinators of the English School Project will contact you.
