What's New

Graduating to University

Last spring we interviewed three of our longtime Cambodia Tomorrow high school students about their plans for their futures.  Keo Savun, Sum Srey Rath and Sum Serey Ratanak are all outstanding students. Ratanak and Savun recently took exams for outstanding student at their high school and ranked # 1 in their respective classes.

Savun would like to be a doctor or architect, Ratanak would like to attend business school and Srey Roth would like to work as an accountant.  All three have received scholarships from The Sharing Foundation and are now enrolled in university.

These students are also outstanding in their English studies. They have consistently earned high scores on their presentations and tests and have good verbal skills. All three took a placement test at ACE (Australian Center for Education) and received level 6 for General English Program.

We wish you "Soam a-oy ban choak chay"! Good luck!

The Internet Has Arrived

We recently added internet service to the Cambodia Tomorrow School. The children will be able to wirelessly access the internet from their XO computers to enhance the classroom instruction.

We are committed to internet safety for the students. This has been made possible through a donation of an iBoss router which will allow Cambodia Tomorrow to set internet filters and monitor internet usage from here in the U.S. The monitoring will be done with volunteer services of Vladimiro Hart-Zavoli, a computer technology specialist in Syracuse, New York
